Terms and Conditions for BridgePay Solutions Usage Version Update: March 2023

Welcome to BridgePay, a ticket payment company and consultant owned and operated by BridgePay LLC. This terms and conditions (T&C) cover all of its brands and projects used in affiliation with BridgePay and its related domains. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using BridgePay products you agree to these T&Cs, as well as our Privacy Policy. We may update our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on our website and without notice.

Acceptable Use
1.1. You agree to use BridgePay Solutions products & affiliates only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
1.2. You agree not to use BridgePay products in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any BridgePay server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of BridgePay.

User Content
2.1. BridgePay reserves the right to remove any user-generated content that it deems to be in violation of these terms and conditions, or for any other reason in its sole discretion.

Account Registration
3.1. You must be at least 18 years old to register an account with BridgePay affiliates. If you are under the age of 18, you cannot have a parent or legal guardian register an account for you.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information, and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password, and for any activities that occur under your account.
3.3. BridgePay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms and conditions or any applicable law or regulation.

Fees and Payment
4.1. Some features of BridgePay require payment, such as ticket sales and food and beverage sales.
4.2. BridgePay reserves the right to change the price of any paid features at any time, and to add or remove any features in its sole discretion without notice.

Intellectual Property
5.1. All content and materials included in BridgePay products, including but not limited to software, graphics, audio, video, text, and trademarks, are the property of BridgePay . or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.
5.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise use any content or materials from BridgePay without the prior written consent of BridgePay.

Termination
6.1. BridgePay reserves the right to terminate service, at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
6.2. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these terms and conditions will immediately terminate.

Prohibited Conduct You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these terms and conditions, applicable law, or the rights of others. Prohibited conduct ludes, but is not limited to:

Promoting or engaging in illegal gambling activities, such as money laundering or participation in illegal lotteries.

Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any other person or entity.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold BridgePay and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of BridgePay services, your breach of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Governing Law These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the Untied States. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these terms and conditions will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and BridgePay with respect to your use of services. Any other agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written, are superseded by these terms and conditions.

Modifications We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes.
